Vijay Deverakonda Rashmika Wedding: Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna on Wednesday left their fans delighted by sharing some moments from their haldi ceremony, which took place before their much-awaited wedding.
The couple is going to get married on Thursday at a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Udaipur. The wedding celebrations of the couple are taking place over two days, with some pre-wedding ceremonies being held with close friends and family members in attendance.
Sharing some moments from the haldi ceremony on Instagram Stories, Vijay Deverakonda shared some pictures that captured the colorful decor of the ceremony. In one of the pictures, some baskets full of yellow and orange marigold flowers were seen arranged around two wooden stools at the center.
In another post, the actor posted a picture of customized floral name placards placed amidst lilies, roses, and marigolds. While one placard had “Rushie” written on it, which is Rashmika’s nickname, the other one had “Vijay” written on it, and the moment it was posted, it won hearts on the internet.
Rashmika Mandanna also posted pictures from the wedding ceremony. In one of the pictures, there was a round table with a yellow-striped floral tablecloth, and chairs were placed around it. Another picture showcased a fun element of the decor, which was an illustrated background of two cartoon dogs wearing sunglasses and sitting in a yellow convertible under a tree.
The security arrangements at the wedding venue have been kept extremely tight. Private security personnel, along with police personnel, have been placed at and around the hotel to ensure that the wedding celebrations go off smoothly and that the couple’s privacy is maintained.
A day before, Vijay and Rashmika had posted pictures that indicated they had a friendly game of cricket with their friends at the hotel. The friendly match was playfully titled “VIROSH Premier League,” which was a mix of both their names.
The duo had collaborated in hit films like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, where their chemistry on screen was much appreciated. Although there were rumors about their relationship for several years, Vijay and Rashmika announced their relationship recently through a social media post about their wedding plans.
As the haldi celebrations are in full swing, fans are eagerly waiting for more peeks into one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year.
