Nikhil Gangwar belongs firmly to the second kind
Over a decade spent inside the engine rooms of some of India’s most demanding corporate operations, he did not simply do his job. He studied everything around it — the systems, the people, the gaps, the patterns. Today, as the Founder of Acadore Skills Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and the driving force behind RNG Careers in partnership with Infigon Futures, Gangwar is quietly redefining what purposeful career development looks like in modern India.
The Making of a Mindset
Born on September 15, 1993, in Kanpur, Gangwar completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Kanpur, before pursuing his engineering degree from Punjab University. Born with a cleft palate, he grew up navigating a world that demanded more effort from him than most. Rather than allowing it to define him, he used it as a training ground — for patience, preparation, and the kind of quiet resilience that shows up consistently when it matters most. He developed early an understanding that sustained, unglamorous, daily effort is the only currency that never loses its value.
A Career Forged in the Field
In 2015, Gangwar joined Movate in Chennai as part of their IT Operations team — his first confident step into the professional world. With characteristic purposefulness, he later chose to move closer to Kanpur, carrying forward everything the experience had built in him.
In 2018, he joined Concentrix Services India Pvt. Ltd., and it was here that his professional identity was truly forged. Operating well beyond his designation from day one, he immersed himself in project deliveries, process setups, and the strategic scaling of operations across both Domestic and International verticals. Across Telecom, Retail, E-Commerce, and Banking, he mastered operational excellence — building systems, leading transitions, and driving outcomes across geographies. Multiple accelerated promotions followed, each one earned, never handed.
But beyond the metrics, thousands of human interactions gifted him a deep understanding of consumer psychology, communication dynamics, and decision-making behaviour.
“I was always more interested in why people do what they do than in the numbers that resulted from it. The numbers tell you what happened. The people tell you why.”
The Observation That Became a Mission
The pivot in Gangwar’s journey was not dramatic. It was observational. He noticed professionals — including himself — enrolling in course after course, chasing better salaries and job titles, only to find the gap between education and employability unchanged. The EdTech industry had mastered selling hope. What it had forgotten was the responsibility of delivering it.

In 2025, he founded Acadore Skills Consulting Pvt. Ltd. — built not around courses, but around careers. Acadore delivers a true 360-degree professional transformation: combining academic rigour, industry mentorship, and hands-on application to produce professionals who are not just qualified, but genuinely work-ready.

Alongside Acadore, Gangwar serves as a Career Coach through RNG Careers, in partnership with Infigon Futures.
