A psychologist and science educator transforming learning through creativity, psychology, and live science shows.
New Delhi | Special Feature
In today’s evolving education landscape, where students often struggle with both academic pressure and mental stress, one educator is changing the narrative. Asif Sir, known as the “Science Magician,” is a psychologist, science teacher, and multi-talented creative professional who is transforming the way students learn—by blending science, psychology, and live science shows.
A Childhood Shaped by Real-Life Learning
Asif’s early life was marked by responsibility and exposure to real-world challenges. From class 8, he worked in a hospital setting, where he observed not only medical practices but also human emotions—fear, hope, and resilience. These experiences sparked his deep curiosity about the human mind.
The First Step into Education
After completing his 12th standard, he pursued a Diploma in Education (D.El.Ed) from SCERT, where he developed a strong interest in child psychology. He realized that teaching is not just about delivering content—but about understanding how students think, feel, and learn.
Passion for Science, Curiosity for the Mind
He went on to complete his B.Sc. and B.Ed. in Science & Mathematics, becoming a dedicated science teacher. However, while teaching, he noticed that many students struggled due to fear, anxiety, and low confidence—not a lack of intelligence.
This insight pushed him further toward psychology.
The Turning Point: Psychology
Asif completed two Master’s degrees in Psychology (Clinical & Counselling) along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Jamia. He also gained hands-on experience through an internship at Amar Jyoti Hospital, Delhi, and volunteer work at IHBAS (Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences).
His journey evolved from observing human behavior to professionally guiding it.
Achievements & Recognition
Adding to his remarkable journey, Asif Sir has been honored with an Honorary Doctorate, recognizing his exceptional contribution to education and psychology.
He has also received multiple awards for innovation in science teaching, appreciating his unique and engaging methods that make learning impactful and enjoyable.
Further extending his influence, he is also a published author, having written books on science and psychology, aimed at simplifying complex concepts and making them accessible to students and readers alike.

The Rise of a Creative Educator
What truly makes Asif Sir stand out is his creative approach to education. He is not just a teacher—he is a performer, innovator, and motivator.
Through his Science Shows, he turns classrooms into stages of excitement:
Live experiments
•Interactive demonstrations
•Real-life applications
•This engaging style earned him the title “Science Magician.”
Psychology Meets Creativity
His sessions are carefully designed using psychological principles to:
•Capture attention
•Improve memory retention
•Reduce fear of learning
•Build confidence
By combining creativity with psychology, he ensures that learning becomes fun, meaningful, and long-lasting.
The “Big Brain” Philosophy
At the core of his work lies the “Big Brain” philosophy, where science is connected with human thinking and behavior.
He teaches that:
•Every action has a reaction (science & emotions)
•Balance is essential (life & physics)
•Energy flows where attention goes (focus & success)
•This empowers students to grow both academically and mentally.
Impact and Outreach
With over 12 years of experience, Asif Sir has impacted thousands of students through science shows, workshops, and counselling sessions.
He also contributes through volunteer initiatives and student support programs.
A Mission Beyond Teaching
Asif Sir’s mission is to build a generation that is:
•Curious about science
•Strong in mindset
•Creative in thinking
