Legendary Bollywood star Dharmendra, aged 89, has passed away, leaving the film industry and fans in deep mourning. The news comes just two weeks after he was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai, following a period of ill health.
His family, including Hema Malini and Esha Deol, were recently seen at a crematorium, while close friends and colleagues like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan had visited him during his recovery. Dharmendra’s son Sunny Deol was visibly emotional and confronted photographers outside their home, asking for privacy and respect.
With a career spanning over six decades, Dharmendra gave unforgettable performances in classics like Ayee Milan Ki Bela, Phool Aur Patthar, Seeta Aur Geeta, Raja Jani, Jugnu, Yaadon Ki Baaraat, Dost, Sholay, Pratiggya, Charas, and Dharam Veer. His charisma and versatility made him one of the most celebrated actors of his time.
