Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026: Prime Minister Modi, while speaking to students on February 6, 2026, instructed the students to trust their learning habits while remaining open to receiving useful advice during the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi. He told the students that true success can come when they believe in themselves while continuing to learn.
During interaction with ‘exam warriors’ across India — including those from Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, and Assam — PM Modi said every student is different when it comes to studying. The students were urged to follow suggestions and bring changes in their routine according to their needs. The PM also gave a personal anecdote and said, “Of course, I have changed over the years. But one thing is for sure — I remain committed to the ideas and values I was committed to at the very beginning.”
He also emphasized the importance of teachers, saying, “Teachers should be one step ahead, not only to inspire students but also to lay goals ahead.” Marking the importance of inner growth and self-awareness, PM Modi said, “To develop the mind, to know the subjects clearly – that leads to success.”
Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 highlights the issues of reducing exam stress among children, spreading and inducing positivity, as well as the importance of holistic learning according to the National Education Policy (2020). The activities carried out among the schools through the engagement of children include quizzes and awareness runs among about 4.8 crores+ students.
