Born on 21 August 1996 in B.J. Puram village of Jiyyammavalasa Mandal in Manyam district, Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Karakavalasa comes from a modest background rooted in strong values and perseverance. He completed his schooling at Janahita Public School in Parvathipuram and pursued his intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College in Visakhapatnam. A bright student, he achieved remarkable scores in JEE Mains, securing 99% in Paper 1 and 98% in Paper 2. He further strengthened his academic foundation by earning postgraduate degrees including MIA, MA, and D.Ed.
Despite his academic success, his life was marked by personal hardships. In 2017, he lost his mother, Late Venkata Ramani, due to a heart stroke, and in 2025, his father, Late Venkata Ramana Murthy, passed away in a road accident. These challenges, however, became a source of resilience and determination, shaping his outlook toward life and his mission to create meaningful societal impact.
Dr. Karakavalasa began his career in the education sector as a teacher before expanding his professional experience across multiple industries, including technology, finance, and aviation. He worked as a Tableau developer, gaining technical expertise, and later took on roles in sales and operations within EdTech companies. His experience also extended to financial services and recovery departments, followed by a role as a communication manager in the aviation sector. These diverse experiences gave him a comprehensive understanding of industry challenges, employment gaps, and entrepreneurial needs.
In 2025, he founded R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt Ltd, a venture aimed at bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and investors through a structured and reliable ecosystem. The platform allows innovators to present their startup ideas while enabling investors to discover credible opportunities. His vision extends beyond business success, focusing on job creation and economic growth through entrepreneurship.
