In a strategic move that marks a new milestone in clean-energy innovation, TUVA Power Private Limited (India) and DeltaX (South Korea) have entered into a Joint Venture (JV) to design, develop, and deploy Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for utilities, industries, and data centers across India and select global markets. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed at the StartupTN Global Startup Summit 2025 held at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore.

This collaboration blends DeltaX’s advanced technology and AI-driven software with TUVA Power’s large-scale manufacturing and on-ground project capabilities. Together, the partners aim to make clean power more reliable, affordable, and intelligent — empowering India’s transition toward sustainable energy independence while creating export-ready solutions for global demand.
